Sold new by Tom Norton in Cardiff, Distributor for South Wales and Border Counties, to Messrs Parry and Davies of Central Garage in Talgarth Wales at a discount of 17.5%.
The invoice and receipt show a discrepancy in calculation. The list price was 285 pounds, and with a discount of 49 pounds 17 and 6 makes the discounted price 235 pounds 2 and 6, with an additional charge of 1 pound 18 and 9 which might have been for a tax stamp and petrol, making the bill 237 pounds 1 and 3, but the receipt shows the payment of 235 pounds, 7 and 6.
